Job Summary:

We are seeking all back of house team members. The Burgess is a brand new restaurant and bar located in Jeffersonville's beautiful new clubhouse.

Duties:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
• Food prep such as cutting meat, fish, and vegetables
• Operate basic kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Support each other
• Follow food safety standards and protocols

Experience:

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred
• Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team player with good communication skills We're looking for thoughtful, excited people to join our team.
