Position Overview Forge Hospitality is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to support kitchen operations at our Hilton Garden Inn, washing and sanitizing dishware and equipment while helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen. Key Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using the dish machine and manual methods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room, including floors, sinks, and storage areas. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations at all times. Sort, stack, and deliver clean dishware and utensils to kitchen and service stations in a timely manner. Assist with trash/recycling removal and report low supply or equipment issues to management. Assist cooks and kitchen staff with basic food prep and special events as needed. Qualifications Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fastpaced kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working with hot water, steam, and cleaning chemicals. Dependable, punctual, and teamoriented. Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
