Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher and become an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this lively role, you'll ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, supporting chefs and food service staff to operate smoothly and efficiently. Your energy and attention to detail will help maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency, creating a positive environment for both staff and guests. Duties Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently to clean all cookware, utensils, dishes, and kitchen tools Sort, rinse, sanitize, and organize kitchenware according to food safety standards Assist with basic meal preparation tasks such as slicing ingredients using proper knife skills and handling food preparation equipment Support food production by ensuring all surfaces, utensils, and equipment are kept clean and sanitized throughout service Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of pots, trays, and bulk supplies while maintaining proper ergonomic techniques Follow safety standards in food handling and production to prevent contamination or accidents Assist with basic food service duties such as setting up stations or serving dishes when needed Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures Basic knife skills and understanding of slicing techniques are advantageous Experience with food preparation equipment operation is a plus Knowledge of safety standards in production environments to ensure a secure workspace Customer service experience is beneficial for supporting team members in a fast-paced setting Ability to perform basic math for inventory checks or portioning tasks Embark on your culinary journey with us!
