Duties Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met Maintain organized dishwashing stations and ensure all items are properly stored for easy access during service Assist with bussing tables and clearing food service areas to support smooth restaurant operations Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup for culinary staff Help with cleaning kitchen floors, surfaces, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards throughout the shift Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service periods Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness to prevent contamination or accidents Experience Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or food service environment is preferred but not required—training will be provided Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling practices is advantageous Must be able to lift 30-50lbs Knowledge of kitchen safety standards and sanitation regulations is beneficial Prior banquet or catering experience can be a plus for supporting large-scale events Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for thriving in a fast-paced hospitality setting Minimum 16 years old to apply. Experience preferred but not required. Full time or part time positions available.
