Schedule needed is Friday, Saturday and Sundays Responsibilities Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning stations to thoroughly clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools. Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure all items meet health standards and prevent cross-contamination. Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, including organizing supplies and handling ingredients with proper food handling techniques. Maintain sanitation standards by regularly cleaning dish racks, sinks, floors, and workstations throughout shifts. Operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, and other cleaning tools efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
