Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Dishwasher, where your energy and dedication will help create a vibrant dining experience for our guests. All positions are paid, ensuring you are valued for your hard work from day one. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and standards Cook menu items with precision and consistency, following established procedures and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met Support meal assembly and plating to ensure timely service during busy hours Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are sanitized and ready for use Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and uphold health regulations Contribute to inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Experience with plating, food preparation, and cooking in a restaurant or food industry setting Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail The ability to work respectfully as part of a team.
