You will be responsible for preparing dishwashing, trash removal, cleaning, maintaining food safety standards and some food prep. We run a market, that serves prepared meals, and a cafe that serves breakfast items and baked goods. Duties Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients according to recipes and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized and stored properly. Follow food safety protocols to guarantee the quality and safety of all food items served. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members.
