Your responsibilities will include:

Dishwashing:

Operate commercial dishwashers and hand-wash pots, pans, and kitchen tools.

Sanitation:

Maintain clean, sanitized dishes, utensils, and glassware to meet high hygiene standards.

Cleaning:

Keep kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, and occasionally restrooms or parking lots clean and tidy.

Waste Management:

Remove garbage, manage recycling, and break down boxes to keep the space organized.

Support:

Assist kitchen staff with food prep or restocking dishes when needed.

Equipment Maintenance:

Monitor dish machine water temperature and promptly report any issues. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Here's what you'll need to succeed in this role:

Experience:

At least 1 year of dishwashing or similar experience.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours in a hot, humid environment.

Strength:

Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds as part of your daily tasks. Attention to

Detail:

A focus on cleanliness and hygiene is a must.

Reliability:

Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.

Schedule Flexibility:
