Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, organizing supplies, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food handling. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service. Manage waste disposal efficiently while adhering to environmental standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service periods. Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and maintaining sanitation protocols. Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is not preferred . Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy loads of dishes or supplies. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations. Basic understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining smooth kitchen workflows.
