Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen tools efficiently throughout your shift. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in accordance with health regulations. Follow safety procedures related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely turnover of dishes during busy service periods.
