Are you looking for a flexible, high-paying summer opportunity? We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible individuals to join our team for the busy summer rental season! Because vacation rentals (Airbnbs) depend entirely on guest bookings, our cleaning schedule is dynamic. We are specifically looking for team members who can work on an \"On-Call\" basis. This means cleanings may come up sporadically or with short notice due to last-minute bookings. Unlike traditional cleaning jobs, we reward your availability and efficiency by paying a percentage of the cleaning profit per property , rather than a flat hourly rate. The more available and thorough you are, the more you earn! Most properties are in South County , with one in Barrington, RI .

On-Call Availability:

Reliable Transportation:

You must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel to properties in South County and Barrington.

High Responsiveness:

Since bookings can happen anytime, we need individuals who check their messages and confirm assignments quickly.

Unwavering Commitment:

Once you accept an on-call assignment and it is locked into the schedule, it cannot be changed.

Experience:

Prior experience in residential, hotel, or Airbnb cleaning is highly preferred.

Schedule:

Seasonal / Part-Time (Summer Months). On-Call / Variable hours.
