Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a hard working and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and organizing workspaces along with disposing of trash and recycle materials inside and outside of the restaurant. Support banquet operations by ensuring that all necessary items are clean and ready for service. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration in a busy kitchen environment. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving items as needed.
