Job Description
Basic Job Responsibility:
A great dishwasher is the backbone to any great kitchen, without one a kitchen cannot serve the guests in a quick and timely manner. We have AM and PM dishwashing shifts and these allow for accommodating many different schedules. We have a beautiful place, and we need you to make sure that every experience is clean and beautiful
Specific Responsibilities:
Putting together, taking apart, and cleaning dish machine Picking up dishes from all events as necessary Washing and drying dishes, equipment and other items Putting items in their correct places Collecting and taking out trash from all kitchen trashcans Breaking down and properly disposing of all boxes Sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping communal areas Scrubbing floors and walls in dish pit Restock gloves, cleaning supplies, and towels Fulfilling all opening or closing duties
Position Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of dishwashing experience Must be able to lift 50 Lbs. on a regular basis Must be able to be on your feet for 8-10 hours a day Must be able to in extreme temperatures and around cleaning chemicals Must have hygienic appearance Must have non-slip work shoes Reports directly to Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and ultimately to the General Manager.
