DISHWASHER + KITCHEN SUPPORT

The Bradbury Bistro is looking for an experienced, hardworking dishwasher who understands how to keep a kitchen moving. This is not a heads-down, stay-at-the-dish-pit kind of position. We're looking for someone who is aware, attentive, dependable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Our ideal candidate:

Has experience in a busy dish pit and knows how to work quickly and efficiently Keeps dishes, cookware, and the kitchen organized and moving Pays attention to what is happening around them Is willing to help with basic prep and work alongside the line during slower periods Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what needs to be done Shows up on time and understands that every position matters to a successful service Wants to learn, grow, and become a valuable part of the kitchen team Starting pay: $12/hour There is immediate opportunity for advancement and increased pay as you demonstrate reliability, initiative, additional kitchen skills, and ownership of your role. We're happy to teach someone who wants to grow, but we're looking for someone who already knows how to work. Interested?
