Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently to meet operational needs. Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients when needed. Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness standards across all food service areas. Handle food handling duties in accordance with safety protocols and health regulations. Support catering and banquet events by providing clean dishware and assisting with setup or breakdown as required. Follow proper cleaning procedures for kitchen equipment and ensure all workspaces are sanitized regularly. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with basic kitchen activities such as bussing, food handling, or cleaning is advantageous. Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this energetic role.
