Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are washed and sanitized efficiently. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients Support banquet services by ensuring all necessary items are clean and available for events Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Assist with bussing tables when necessary to maintain a smooth flow of service Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt to various kitchen tasks including cleaning, cooking, and serving Join our team as a Dishwasher and be an integral part of delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests!
