Full Job Description Description:

The dishwasher will ensure that wares for the kitchen are clean and sanitized

Duties and Responsibilities:

Washing of all wares including pots, pans, cooking tools, and other culinary items by hand or with dishwasher Correctly placing and storing items in home locations Clean trash receptacles Help clean facility by mopping, wiping down tables, cleaning equipment and any other tasks Help put deliveries away May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed Ensures work areas remain safe, clean and orderly, adhering to all company, local and state guidelines Performs other related duties as assigned

Ability to understand and follow directions Ability to remain focused in an environment that is noisy and fast-paced Ability to work effectively with kitchen staff Detail-oriented and thorough

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of walking and standing Must be able to life, carry and place up to 50 pounds at one time Must be able to work days, nights and weekends and holidays as needed Must be able to bend, stoop and wipe frequently Must frequently immerse hands in water Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment
