Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen.Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with kitchen prep work as needed
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized
- Dispose of kitchen garbage and recyclables
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Experience:
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Catering experience is a plus
- Familiarity with restaurant operations
- Understanding of food preparation processes
- Ability to assist cooks as needed
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices
