Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. You will be the backbone of our culinary operations, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for service. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and supplies to support kitchen staff during busy service times. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are met at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage waste disposal and recycling processes effectively. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and maintaining a hygienic workspace. Skills Proven experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering operations. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with bussing tables and supporting food preparation or serving staff is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations. Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
