WHO ARE WE
Fin-Two Japanese Ale House is the first Izakaya theme restaurant within Knoxville's Old City district offering delicacies such as izakaya, ramen, yakitori (skewered & grilled items), sushi selections, and other Japanese fast foods that incorporates local, Southern ingredients. Dishwashers/Line Cooks act as an extension of the Restaurant Kitchen Manager by supporting the operations of the restaurant and assisting with the development of the team (FOH and BOH). This is a great job for an individual who wants to train and develop others, while also developing their own Management skills in a Family Owned Restaurant!
Requirements:
No restaurant or hospitality experience needed. We'll train you how to work in a professional kitchen. Assists in maintaining high quality standards including overall development of the menu Ensure that all food and service is consistently prepared and served according to the appropriate standards. Helps ensure everything between the FOH and BOH is operating effectively and efficiently Complete all tasks that pertain to the opening, overall operations, and closing of the restaurant Helps enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies and Health Department codes and regulations. Assists in managing inventory
