Dishwasher / Kitchen Support Fin-Two Japanese Ale House | Knoxville, TN - Old City About Fin-Two Fin-Two Japanese Ale House is a modern Japanese restaurant and cocktail bar in Knoxville's Old City, serving slow-crafted ramen, fresh sushi, Japanese-inspired cocktails, and shareable street fare with a playful local twist. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Support team member to help keep our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. No restaurant experience is required. If you're reliable, willing to work, and have a good attitude, we'll train you. What You'll Do Wash and properly sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift Return clean dishes and equipment to their proper locations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, work areas, and back-of-house spaces Take out trash, recycling, and cardboard as needed Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties Help receive and put away deliveries when needed Follow proper sanitation, food safety, and Health Department standards Support the kitchen team during busy service periods Assist with basic food prep or other kitchen tasks when trained and needed What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willing to stay productive and help the team without needing constant direction Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working around water, heat, and kitchen equipment Able to stand for extended periods and lift approximately 40-50 lbs Available for evening and/or weekend shifts No previous restaurant experience required Opportunity to Grow This can be more than just a dishwasher position.
