Job Description

As a Kitchen Utility worker at ARAMARK, you'll support kitchen operations in a fast-paced accommodation and food service environment. Responsibilities include dishwashing, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces, handling trash and recycling, and assisting with basic food prep and stocking as needed. You'll follow strict food safety and sanitation standards, support cooks and servers, and help maintain organized storage areas. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and work areas Handle trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal procedures Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient prep as directed Restock supplies, utensils, and cleaning materials in work areas Maintain organized storage areas and follow labeling and rotation standards Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines Support kitchen staff and servers during busy service periods Required Skills Dishwashing and sanitizing procedures Basic food preparation Food safety and sanitation Chemical and cleaning product safety Trash and recycling handling Time management in fast-paced environments Safe equipment handling (dish machines, carts) Stocking and inventory rotation Teamwork and communication Following written and verbal instructions
