Employment Status & Benefits Eligibility All hourly roles may be offered as full-time or part-time positions based on business needs Full-time team members are expected to work a minimum of 4 days per week Part-time team members receive 1 week of paid vacation annually Health, dental, and vision insurance is partially covered for hourly employees The Role We are hiring dishwashers who understand that cleanliness, organization, and reliability are essential to a successful kitchen. This role is responsible for maintaining the flow of clean dishes, equipment, and tools while supporting the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment efficiently Operate dishwashing equipment safely and according to company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish area at all times Ensure continuous availability of clean wares for kitchen and service teams Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment Assist with general kitchen cleaning, including floors, surfaces, and equipment Follow all sanitation, safety, and health regulations Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of waste areas Assist kitchen team members as needed during service Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the shift Complete opening and closing duties, including breakdown and cleaning Job Description Support kitchen operations through cleanliness and organization Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment Ensure efficient flow of dishes and equipment throughout service Work collaboratively with kitchen team to support operations Maintain consistency and attention to detail in cleaning processes Be available to support operational needs as directed by management Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 18 years or older Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions and procedures Attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to communicate effectively with team members Understanding of sanitation and safety practices preferred Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to model and act in accordance with Noko Yaki guiding principles Physical Requirements Constant standing and movement Occasional lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion Exposure to water, heat, and kitchen environments Disclaimer The above job description is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position, nor should it be construed as a contract.
