We are looking for Dishwasher / Food Runner to join our team. To be considered for this role, you should be available to work various hours and days, including weekends. This is a dual role job meaning you could be on schedule for either job during the week. Dishwasher Responsibilities Primarily Responsible for Operating and maintain cleaning equipment and tools. Also responsible for washing dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment etc. Maintains the kitchen, dish washing and back area in an inspection-ready condition in accordance with local authority and hotel guidelines.

DISHWASHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times. Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times. Operate dishwasher and maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards. Adhere to all sanitation guidelines. Assist the Cooks and Servers as and when necessary. Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation following established procedures. Dispose of waste as per the hotel standards and adhere to recycling guidelines. Ensure waste can area is kept clean and tidy. Carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of trash cans and boxes; ensuring placement in the correct containers.

FOOD RUNNER

Provide quick and efficient service to our guests by delivering food orders to the Restaurant and Bar and keep tables clean.

FOOD RUNNER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver food orders to Bar or Restaurant. Clean tables as needed. Assist kitchen team with dishes. Assist bartenders with delivery of beer, ice, and supplies as requested. Stock plates, silverware and to go containers. Sweep and mop kitchen floor as needed and at end of shift. Assist banquet captain with set up for upcoming banquets including polishing and rolling silverware, polishing glasses and plates. Perform additional duties as requested by management. Responsible to uphold the standard operating procedures as set by Margaritaville Corporate to maintain consistency and brand management.
