Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment Help with basic food preparation Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas Sweep, mop, and maintain a clean kitchen Organize supplies, ingredients, and storage areas Put deliveries and supplies away Take out trash and help with general cleanup Assist cooks and other kitchen staff as needed Requirements Dependable and able to work as part of a team Able to stay organized and work efficiently Comfortable working in a busy restaurant kitchen Restaurant or kitchen experience is helpful but not required Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform normal kitchen duties
