Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks and support the kitchen team during busy service times. Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces. Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is spotless and ready for use. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance at all times. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate smooth food service operations. Contribute to a positive team environment by adhering to safety protocols and assisting with general cleaning duties as needed. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with bussing tables, food handling, or catering services is a plus. Experience working in banquet settings or hotel kitchens can be advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization.
