Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring a smooth flow of operations in a fast-paced food service environment. Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and promptly. Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain cleanliness during service. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking and ingredient handling. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by following sanitation standards. Assist with catering events or banquet setups when required. Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operation during busy periods. Skills Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred. Knowledge of food handling, cleaning procedures, and sanitation standards. Familiarity with bussing, food preparation, and basic cooking techniques. Experience with banquet service, catering, or hotel kitchens is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
