Responsibilities Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by regularly cleaning floors, counters, and food preparation areas. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and helping cooks during busy periods. Ensure that all items are properly sorted and stored after washing. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a sanitary work environment. Support banquet services by preparing necessary items for events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong commitment to cleanliness and sanitation practices. Willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks as needed, including food preparation and bussing. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
