Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Support the kitchen team by handling food handling procedures safely and efficiently during busy service times. Adhere to health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Basic understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
