Responsibilities Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold health standards and support kitchen operations Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a clean and inviting dining space for guests Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating or ingredient setup under supervision Support catering events or banquet setups by bussing tables and managing dishware logistics Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations through regular cleaning and organization Handle food handling responsibilities safely in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods Experience Previous restaurant experience or hospitality background is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Experience with food handling, cleaning procedures, or catering services is a plus Familiarity with food service operations or hotel environments enhances your ability to succeed in this role Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude are essential for thriving in our lively environment
