We are seeking a hardworking, reliable Dishwasher / Kitchen Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and organization, and is interested in learning more about restaurant operations and culinary arts. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Wash, dry, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment Deliver clean dishes and supplies to the sushi bar and kitchen stations Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and storage areas Sweep and mop kitchen, dining room, and restroom floors Clean and maintain restrooms and common areas Assist with basic food preparation tasks Support kitchen staff with general line cook and kitchen operations Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards throughout the facility Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties as needed Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and take direction from management and kitchen staff Growth Opportunities This position offers excellent growth potential for individuals who are passionate about the restaurant industry and culinary arts.
