Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher at our upscale sports bar. As a vital part of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

Dishwashing:

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to established standards.

Organization:

Manage the flow of dirty and clean dishes, ensuring a constant supply of clean items for the kitchen and service staff.

Cleaning and Sanitization:

Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including equipment, floors, walls, and storage areas, following health and safety guidelines. Assistance in

Kitchen Operations:

Support kitchen staff by assisting with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning when necessary. Adherence to

Regulations:

Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling of chemicals, equipment, and waste disposal.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and a high level of service.

Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred but not required.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Team Player:

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Attention to
