Wednesdays Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using commercial cleaning techniques Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, including sinks, drying racks, and surrounding areas Follow proper safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and operating dishwashing machinery Organize clean items for storage or distribution to various kitchen stations Assist with general janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash bins, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the kitchen area Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing Support team members during busy service hours by ensuring all dishware is available and ready for use Requirements Previous restaurant dishwasher experience is preferred Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Why Join Us?
