Job Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and stocked. Take out trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen. Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and other tasks as needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed. Properly store clean dishes, equipment, and supplies. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. Qualifications Reliable and punctual. Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move kitchen items. Team player with a positive attitude. Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required . Schedule Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
