You will be the backbone of our food service operation, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for use. Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support culinary staff Support catering events and banquet setups by providing clean serving ware and assisting with setup or breakdown Follow food handling safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of operations during busy service periods Keep work areas tidy, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Familiarity with food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads comfortably Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace Experience with bussing tables, basic food preparation, or banquet service is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced environment Previous hotel or culinary experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory; willingness to learn on the job is essential Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your efforts directly contribute to memorable dining experiences.
