This is a hands-on role that keeps the kitchen running smoothly and helps us serve the hearty Southern comfort food our community loves. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently during and after service Assist with food prep, stocking, and closing duties Work cooperatively with the front-of-house team to ensure timely service Help maintain our high standards for food quality and cleanliness Qualifications Experience in a kitchen (cooking or dishwashing) is preferred but not required — we'll train the right person Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Positive attitude and team-player mindset Comfortable working weekends (Friday evenings + Sunday afternoons) Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights If you're someone who takes pride in your work, stays positive even when it's busy, and wants to be part of a close-knit restaurant family, we'd love to meet you.
