Dishwasher/Busser McKinney, TX $10 an hour - Part-time, Full-time $10 an hour - Part-time, Full-time Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher/Busser, where your energetic spirit and attention to cleanliness will play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience. In this lively position, you will ensure the kitchen maintains impeccable hygiene standards while supporting the front-of-house team by bussing tables and assisting with food service. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike, contributing to the smooth operation of our restaurant. Duties Clear and bus tables efficiently, ensuring guests have a clean and inviting dining area Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining flow during busy periods Handle dishwashing duties promptly, using commercial-grade equipment to ensure all utensils, plates, glasses, and cookware are sanitized and ready for use Maintain high standards of cleaning across all areas, including kitchen stations, dining rooms, and service areas Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety regulations and prevent contamination Collaborate with restaurant to deliver excellent food service and hospitality to guests Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with bussing, cleaning, and basic food handling procedures is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts Knowledge of kitchen safety practices Join us if you're ready to bring energy, dedication, and a passion for hospitality into a fast-paced environment!
