Job:

The Dishwasher is responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of dishes, serve ware, equipment, etc. In addition, the individual may perform other service duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of The Mexican Team Member include, but are not limited to: Adapt to accommodate the changing needs of the restaurant Maintain cleanliness of building and equipment on property Take out the garbage and recycling Carefully and thoroughly wash all dishes, pots and pans Place clean dishes/cookware in the designated areas for other staff members to retrieve Properly handle the dish machines and ensure they are kept in working order Must attend and successfully complete orientation, and Team Member training program prior to working a shift. Must agree and abide all company policies and procedures as outlined. Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous experience in high volume restaurant preferred but not necessary. Flexible schedule with weekend, holidays, and evening availability. A great attitude and the ability to work with the team. Professional, reliable, and punctual. Must be able to work at a rapid pace. Ability to be adaptable and abide by policies and values of company Must complete and maintain required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.
