Duties Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating under supervision to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dining areas, and equipment by following strict sanitation standards. Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash cookware, utensils, and dishes to uphold hygiene standards. Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and resetting dining areas for incoming guests. Help with catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring all items are ready for service. Follow food handling safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations during busy periods, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key. Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and kitchen safety practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with food handling regulations and sanitation standards is a plus.
