Role Overview:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Dishwashers to join our team at the new Dandelion Cafe location in The Heights. The ideal candidates will have strong work ethic, punctuality and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing support to our culinary team.

Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher machinery or by hand as needed. Ensure all kitchen items are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including disposal of trash and cleaning of floors and equipment. Assist with food prep and other kitchen duties as needed. Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies in their designated places. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. A passion for contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
