Available Help for . Keep dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans clean so the kitchen and dining room can run without delay. This is a fast-paced back-of-house role that supports cooks, servers, and bartenders. Main responsibilities Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools.

Load and unload the dish machine; wash items by hand when needed.

Keep the dish area clean, organized, and safe (floors, sinks, racks, trash).

Restock clean dishes, glasses, and utensils at kitchen and service stations.

Empty trash, break down boxes, and help with kitchen cleanliness.

Assist with receiving, putting away deliveries, or basic prep when asked.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and chemical-use procedures.

Complete opening and closing dish-area duties.

Work as a team with kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy periods. Requirements Ability to stand for a full shift, work in a hot, wet environment, and lift 30-50 lbs (racks, bus tubs, cases).

Reliable attendance and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Team attitude and ability to keep up during rush periods.

Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience helpful but not required.
