Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, restrooms, and dining areas by cleaning floors, surfaces, and equipment as needed. Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen at all times. Help with stocking supplies and organizing storage areas to maintain an efficient workflow. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
