Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards. Clear and reset tables swiftly after guests leave, ensuring readiness for new diners. Support catering and banquet events by handling dishware and assisting with setup or cleanup. Maintain cleanliness in all food service areas, including floors, counters, and storage spaces. Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service flow. Follow food handling safety protocols diligently to promote a hygienic environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy hours. Experience with food preparation or catering events is a plus but not mandatory.
