We are fast-paced, and our goal is to provide excellent food and service to our guests ranging from locals of southern Utah to national and international tourists in an art-filled mercantile building from 1892.

Job Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment with efficiency and timely manner without impact to the flow of overall operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Complies with food sanitation requirements and properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. May assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces. May assist with inventory management and stock rotation. Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality. Maintain food quality and consistency in a face-paced environment. Cook and assemble menu items according to established standards. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen. Maintain excellent time management and prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrate and promotes positive communication, attitude and conflict resolution. Displays respect to fellow team members and leadership. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks when given. Other duties as assigned.

Utah Food Handler's Certification Job Types:
