Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team! Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning procedures. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients when needed. Support catering and banquet setups by providing clean serving ware and assisting with dish organization. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely clearance of dirty dishes and smooth workflow during busy service periods. Follow proper food handling protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met. Contribute to overall cleanliness by performing general cleaning duties in the kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as bussing tables, food handling, or catering support is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and safety standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff and hospitality operations. Knowledge of sanitation practices related to food preparation, hotel or restaurant experience is advantageous.
