Job Description
Utah Valley University Dining Services is seeking a student to assist with Catering Services' dishwasher duties.
Dishwasher shift options:
7:00 am -1:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Duties vary and include, but are not limited to: Day-to-day dishroom operations; proper sink, floor, and dishware care, and cleaning and safety procedures. Use proper cleaning techniques with all dining ware, dishware, and silverware. Maintaining the usage of supplies, chemicals, and equipment from the dishroom & laundry area. All student workers need to be friendly, helpful, and able to follow directions from their supervisor. Employees are required to arrive at work on time, in a clean uniform, and fulfill the duties assigned to them. Must be a current UVU student. Must have excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must be able to walk, bend, lift, push, and stand for extended periods of time.
