Glenwild is looking to fill the very important role of Dishwasher & Kitchen Steward in the Glenwild clubhouse kitchen. Applicants must be motivated, hard working person and ready to join our extraordinary culinary team. Responsible for general sanitation of main kitchen, grill kitchen, store rooms & loading dock. Ability to follow instructions. Maintain and ensure immaculate facilities. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front of house and back of house areas using a 'clean as you go' philosophy Responsible for flow management, concentrating on busy areas first - prioritizing and organizing steps of service by effective multi-tasking Maintain sanitary conditions in all dining, kitchen, garbage and receiving areas in accordance with state and local regulations, emptying trash regularly. Inform supervisor immediately of any equipment not in proper condition or good working order Inform supervisor immediately of needed equipment & supplies. Must be dependable and trustworthy. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must have ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs.
