You would be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, and other kitchen equipment using both machine and manual cleaning methods.
Responsibilities include:
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment. Cleaning, organizing and restocking dishes/kitchenware. Perform routine maintenance on kitchen equipment and prep stations. Provide occasional support for the prep/line cooks.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand for extended periods. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
