Responsibilities Ensure all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and organizing supplies to uphold a safe and hygienic environment. Support catering and banquet events by helping with setup, breakdown, and bussing tables as needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods and special events. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued. Familiarity with food preparation techniques such as bussing tables, basic cooking skills, or catering experience is a plus.
