Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, organizing supplies, and supporting catering or banquet setups when needed. Support the kitchen team by handling food handling responsibilities safely and following sanitation standards. Keep the work area organized and stocked with clean dishes and utensils for smooth service flow. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for food service. Follow all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and food handling regulations. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks efficiently. Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen setting. Familiarity with food handling safety practices; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support various kitchen functions such as bussing or light food prep.
